1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • You must have a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

Opened products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been tampered with or damaged after delivery due to improper storage
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

3. Defective or Damaged Products

Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will review your request and provide return instructions and a return authorization number within 3 business days.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include your order number on the outside of the package.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Cancellations
